Indair offers a range of Centrifugal Blowers. Centrifugal fans and blowers typically have one of six types of wheels that draw air into the inlet of the blower housing and discharge it at 90° out through the discharge of the housing. These centrifugal fans are designed for a wide range of pressure, direction of discharge and power to suit customer requirements. Many of the blowers in varying capacities are available in standard specifications. However, the company specialises in one-off tailor made designs as well to suit customer specifications. The two most common types of centrifugal blowers are pressure blowers and volume blowers. Pressure blowers are designed to draw or push air at high pressures, generally rated in Pascal, bar or SPWG (static pressure water gauge) in mm or inches. These blowers are used in burners, furnaces, glass cooling plants, etc. Volume blowers are designed to draw or push larger volumes of air, generally rated in CFM (cubic feet per minute) or CMH (cubic meter per hour). Centrifugal blowers are typically made of fabricated mild steel, stainless steel or cast aluminium, rarely in inconel, cast iron and special steels too. Fans are manufactured with different impeller configuration as per application.
