Niraj Optical Machinery manufactures the Tasta range of finishing machines. The Tasta centrifugal barrel finishing machine is available in four models ranging in capacity from 10 to 100 ltr (10, 20 40 and 100). As the turret rotates on one axis, (through the use of timing belts or chain) the barrel maintains its original position as it rides on its own axis, as illustrated, the parts/media mixture rotates within the barrel creating very high finishing force. Application: removal of heavy burrs; deburring; radiusing; de-scaling; de-rusting; polishing; and mirror polishing. The company offers free trial facility.
