Goliya Electricals manufactures Cell Testing Voltmeter. It conforms to IS 1248/68 and ITD S/XV-100C specifications. Accuracy class offered is 2.5. The tester is housed in ABS plastic case with front acrylic cover. The instrument is supplied with spikes. The movement is permanent magnet moving coil system spring controlled with an externally operated zero adjuster, pivots and jewels. The instrument has white matt enameled finish aluminium dial provided with 60 divisions. It has excellent reliability and electromagnetic damping obtained by the metal former over which the moving coil is wound. These cell testers are manufactured with voltage ratings 3-0-3 V and 30-0-30 V. Other specific ranges can also be supplied.
