CD-Data with Hard Disk Performance
A Plug & Play MultiStorage network server for CDROM, DVD, HDD, Jaz and zip configurations is introduced by dts Computer. The system is equipped optionally with an integrated Fast Ethernet/autosense or 4/16 Mbit/s Token Ring interface. All common network operating systems using NCP or SMB like Novell NetWare, WinNT/95/3.x. or OS/2 are supported. The server can be configured by the additional management software via a comfortable graphical user interface. By using the Turbo Cache function together with a combination of CD-ROM and hard disk, the server provides CD-data with hard disk performance.
