Veeyes Alloys Pvt Ltd offers Casting for Valves. It is an ISO 9000 certified company established in the year 1991 servicing mainly the valve industries, catering to their requirement of Castings for Valves. The company produces all types of steel castings – carbon steel, low alloy steels and high alloy steels and in total 82 different grades. The company’s strength is its capability to produce castings from 1 kg to 1100 kg single piece, especially in duplex steel, super duplex steel and high nickel alloys like monel, inconel etc. The company has one 150 kg, one 300 kg, one 1000 kg and one 1750 kg melting furnaces with one 1500 kg, one 2000 kg, one 2500 kg and 5000 kg heat treatment furnaces to meet any volume of requirement in any grade. These are supported by well-equipped in-house fettling shop, RT shop with IR 192 and 100% captive power back up with generators.
