NTF has further diversified in the field of injection moulding. In a pioneering effort, first of its kind in the country, Reaction Injection Moulding Technology (Polyurethane and DCPD) has also been added, moving towards advanced composites and engineering plastics to provide the customer a wider platform. Today with almost 20 years of experience in the field of composites and engineering plastics, the company is capable of designing and developing challenging components. Its ideology of low cost solutions results in low to medium/high volume production runs, with less manual work and consistency in the product?s quality. The core strength lies in good engineering base that brings the latest technology to the customer?s doorstep. The key personnel are trained in countries like Italy, France, UK and Japan. The products are styled and engineered in-house by an international team, incorporating latest trends, materials and process by maintaining international standards for aerodynamics, pedestrian safety norms, mechanical properties, etc. The product range includes, but is not limited to: full bumpers (front and rear); bumper adopters (front and rear); side skirts (left and right hand); rear roof end spoiler; rear middle spoiler; claddings; fender/wheel arches; and air deflectors. Materials used are PU RIMM/RIM, GRP composite RTM/VARTM, carbon fibre composites and engineering plastics. Features: developed by conventional method and CAD, starting from concept/sketch or a CAD model; composites and engineering plastics tooling or aluminium/steel tooling are used on case to case basis; OEM quality, engineering options for fitment on-line and at dealer's end; styling kit available with all do-it-yourself materials like templates and fitments instruction manual, etc; and both primer and painted options available.
