Autopack Machines manufactures multi-head rotary capping machine that places and tightens pre-threaded plastic caps on bottles/containers of any shape and size for oil, food, adhesive, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. The output is up to 120 bottles per minute depending upon the size and shape of the bottles. The tightening torque can be adjusted to ensure leak-proof capping. A vibratory/bowl feeder controls the infeed of caps on to the bottles. A no bottle-no cap mechanism is provided. A bulk elevator can be optionally provided with interlocks to maintain a continuous flow of caps into the feeder. Bottle guides and parts coming in contact with the containers are made of stainless steel.
