R & D Instrument Services offers Calibration Services. Testing & calibration of various process & control instruments are undertaken, which are required to maintain the plant equipments properly. This is done at users defined time interval using portable standards. Master calibration instruments are calibrated in Govt. Approved NABL Laboratories & are certified with traceability to NPL/ National/ International Standards. These services are rendered to Pharmaceuticals Industries, Automobile Sectors, Food, Beverages, Flavour & Fragrance Industries, Ceramic, Rubber, Polymer, Chemical Industries, etc to name a few. Calibration Facility with Parameter & the range of Master Instruments Used For calibration are: Pressure - Low Pressure: 5 mmWC up to 200 mmWC; Medium Pressure: Vacuum up to 30 Bar; & High Pressure: 0 up to 700 Bar; Temperature - Low Temperature: 10 DegC up to 110 DegC; Medium Temperature: 100 DegC up to 400 DegC; High Temperature: 400 DegC up to 1100 DegC; & Humidity: 20% RH up to 90 % RH. Other Electrical Parameters are: DC Voltage: Source 100 mV to 30V & Measure 110 mV to 110V; DC Current: Source 4 to 20 mA & up to 24 mA, Measure up to 100 mA; AC Voltage: Measure up to 300V; AC Current: Measure up to 10 Amps; Resistance: Source & Measure up to 400 Ohms; Temperature: Source & Measure all types of K, J, E, T, N, L, U, R, S, B Thermo couples; Includes Pt ? 100 Ohms. Frequency: Source up to 500 Hz, 1100Hz & 11 KHz & Measure up to 100 HZ,1000Hz & 10 KHz.
