Bus Bar Terminal Blocks, High Current
Elmex Controls Pvt Ltd/Elmex Electric Pvt Ltd have expanded their range of high current power Bus Bar Terminal Blocks by addition of two more terminal blocks, i.e., PAT 150 and PAT 250. These terminal blocks are designed and constructed for surface mount/panel mount applications, thus eliminating use of DIN rail required for terminal blocks. The terminals are constructed using insulation housing made of PA 6,6 (30% GF), current bar is made up of high conductivity copper alloy. Termination is by nut and bold mechanism for conductors prepared with ring type lugs.
Ratings of terminal blocks are as per standard ISE 60947-7-7-1 are as under:
- Terminal pitch – 30 mm
- Height – 40 mm
- Width – 102 mm
- Rated cross section – 50 sq.mm/90 sq.mm
- Range –16/50/35- 95 sq.mm.
Salient features of these terminal blocks are that both, PAT 150 and PAT 250 can be stacked together with interlocking and both terminals have option of fitting end plate at the end of the stack.
