Nipha Group of Industries offers a range of Bucket Teeth and Adapters. Fabricated bucket teeth are manufactured to OEM specifications using C1080 or equivalent high carbon steel as base and mild steel as cap. The base is then heat-treated to 40-44 RC to provide extra strength and wear resistance capabilities for longer life. Some of the bucket teeth manufactured by Nipha are similar to Getco's part numbers: 23HD, 23R, 2A, 3CH, 8075, etc. Cast bucket teeth are manufactured to OEM specifications using high carbon steel or low alloy steel duly heat treated to 40-44 RC to provide extra strength and wear resistance capabilities for longer life. Cast or forged adapters are manufactured as per OEM specifications using medium carbon steel or low alloy steels. Some of the adapters manufactured by Nipha are similar to Getco’s part numbers: 2AF, 835-2A, 834-23, 2300FL, etc.
