Tigon bucket grease pumps manufactured by Manisha Industries are available in hand operated as well pneumatic versions. Hand operated bucket grease pumps are offered in stationary type 5 kg and with portable trolley in kg 10 and kg. The pumps come with 2-metre high pressure, 1/4” 100 R2 hose – pressure > 200 kg/cm², and are supplied with one repair kit. These pumps are for semi liquid grease with output of min 3 gm/stroke. Also 10 kg and 20 kg bucket pumps are offered with pressure plate and spring assembly (no separate trolley), which are for thick as well semi liquid grease. Tigon pneumatic grease pumps – 25 kg and 50 kg: these are air operated grease pumps with pressure pump assembly for all grades of grease to ensure elimination of air pockets and also ensure continuous output of grease during operation with 2-metre high pressure hose double wire braided and gun assembly, built in pressure > 200 kg/cm² with an output 5 gm/stock.
