Brrit Pneumatic Systems provides a range of hydro pneumatic presses. These work on an input of compressed air at 90 PSI and deliver an output force up to 30 tonne. Salient features include low investment, energy saving, negligible maintenance, fast action, force infinitely adjustable, high cycle rates for increased production and space saving. These presses can be used where hydraulic power is required to punch, rivet, clamp, pierce, coin, end, squeeze and draw. The company also manufactures pneumatic cylinders in a wide range of sizes and capacities. Pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders are available in the following technical specifications: nominal bore: 25, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250 and 300 mm; stroke: double acting up to 1500 mm, single acting up to 150 mm; pressure range: 10 kg/cm? for air and 25 kg/cm? for oil; mountings: flange, neck, foot and ear pivot type; and special models: miniature round cylinder in bore range - 12 mm, 16 mm, 20 mm and 25 mm. Also available: air to oil intensifiers and hydro pneumatic press systems.
