It is used for HV proof, breakdown, acceptance, repair and maintenance testing of electrical/ electronic components, appliances, tools, rotating machinery, switchgear, transformers, insulators, capacitors and electrical installations. It is available in various models with continuously adjustable outputs of AC, DC and AC-DC. Standard features: easy to use control panel with legend, analogue/ digital meters for test voltage/ leakage currents, zero interlock on HV control, visual indication of HV on/ off, audio-visual indication of breakdown, multiple trip current selection and multi range time. Optional features available are burnout, zero interlock bypass and motorised output control.
