Brazing Under Process
Brazeweld Products bring in for our clients Brazing under Process that is a metal-joining process where filler metal is heated above and then distributed between two or more close-fitting parts by making use of capillary action. Here, the filler metal is brought slightly above its melting (liquidus) temperature while at the same time also protected by suitable atmosphere, usually a flux. It then flows over base metal (known as wetting) and is further cooled to join workpieces together.
