Shiv Om Brass Industries, an ISO-9001:2000 certified company, has the capabilities and infrastructure to manufacture any type of Brass Components, which are used in the electrical, electronic, automotive products as well as in wind turbines and agricultural equipment. At present it manufactures more than 18,000 types of brass components as per the customers’ requirements and can do more. Established in the year 1992, the company is engaged in manufacturing all types of Brass Turned Components used either for final assembly or as raw material for electrical/electronics/sanitary/builders hardware/textile machinery/agricultural machinery components/antenna components, etc. Besides turned components, the company also manufactures sheet metal components, brass and mild steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, plastic moulding components and any other components as per customers' specifications. It specialises in manufacturing all types of brass and steel inserts, cable lugs, split bolts, terminal, connectors, special fasteners, insulator and standoff spacers, electrical switch boxes, etc. The inserts are available in the range of M2 to M30, and terminal bars in range from 01 inch to 07 ft long are in regular production process. The monthly production capacity is 50 tonnes in various types of components. The extruded rods used and products manufactured have RoHs compliance. The company has fully equipped manufacturing facilities with full-fledged tool room and inspection department with qualified engineers and state-of-the-art measuring and testing equipments.
