Bottle Washing Machine

United Engg Co offers a rotary type bottle washing machine. This is a true GMP model, sturdily built for years of service. The machine does not have the conventional type of motor and pump. It is fitted with 4 stainless steel syringe pumps working by the drive from the motor and gearbox of the main machine. SS turret disc on which the inverted bottles are fed is working with stop and go mechanism in place of conventional continuous movement. Hence it is easy for the operators to feed and remove bottles from the machine. Advantages: Avoids messy plumbing; Water consumption is minimised; Power consumption is minimal as no separate motors are required for pumping; Castor wheels facilitate mobility; and, one outside wash and three inside powerful jet-washes for each bottle.
