Infrared boosting ovens for liquid of powder coating plants is available. Initial heating time of painted article is accelerated substantially with the help of Quartz L R emitters systematically placed between spray booth and ovens. For the same painting/powder coating line it is possible to increase output by 20%, by increasing the conveyor speed. Boosting ovens are factory assembled to cut down site assembly, thus reducing shut down/production stoppage. Easy maintenance is an advantage. Boosting ovens are recommended for existing/new paint shops.
