Pooja Lab Equipments offers BOD incubator primarily designed to meet the requirements of biochemical oxygen demand tests. This incubator can also be used in applications like incubation serum studies, study of enzymatic digestion processes, tissue culture preservation of vaccines, long term sample storage, fruit fly cultivation, immunological work, etc. It has double-walled exterior of mild steel and interior of stainless steel, and is insulated with latest PUF. An inner full view acrylic door and outer double-walled metal door are provided with magnetic catch and lock and key. The doors are efficiently sealed. A hermetically sealed compressor provides temperatures below ambient. An air heater is incorporated for heating above ambient temperatures. Temperature ranges from 5?C to 60?C, with an accuracy of ?0.5?C. A fully automatic solid state electronic controller panel houses all the controls, fitted at the top of the unit to provide ease of servicing and quick replacement. A PT-100 sensor is used. The required temperature can be present in a few seconds after which the unit will function automatically without tiny operator. The pre-set button is pressed and the knob on its right is turned to pre-set the temperature. The unit can be provided with a host of optional features.
