The biogas storage balloon is made of high tenacity polyamide fabric, which is coated with compatible polymer on the inside and with hypalon outside for the sake of weather abrasion and UV resistance. The maximum pressure of the biogas inside the balloon is 150 mmWC and high pressure designs are custom made on request. The balloon does not need tools and could be simply connected to the plant. The biogas storage balloons are manufactured from 0.25 m3 capacity onwards to any size. The light weight body could be hung below the ceiling and is hence space saving. It is also corrosion free.
