These flow meters are specially designed and developed for low pressure biogas with minimum content of moisture. They offer two types of flow meters, which are mechanical based for small biogas plant and electronics based for bigger size biogas plant. Maximum flow rate of 10m3/hr could be measured. The working principle is based on positive displacement of diaphragm with double chamber. The flow rate is counted with a mechanical counter and no external power is required to operate the meter. The electronics based meters for flow rate above 10m3/hr require electric power for operation. The measuring range of mechanical flow meter is from 0.016 m3 to 10 m3 and that of the electronics flow meter is above 15m3.
