Neon Trading Corporation offers an imported ZKL bearing fitting tool, Model ZMFT-33 Plus. This special mechanical fitting tool ensures easy and dent free mounting of bearings up to 50 mm bore on shaft as well as in housing bore the tool set consists of various sizes of impact rings and corresponding extended sleeves and these two together guide bearing on shaft uniformly without alignment problem. The impact ring face ensures the even and simultaneous contact with bearing inner and outer ring. This prevents any mounting force to pass through the rolling elements and any damage to the bearing race ways. The kit contains: thirty three various sizes of rings with bore diameter from 10 to 50 mm. These rings are machined and hardened with black oxidized coating. These rings are equipped with “O†ring to hold impact sleeve when pressed on and enables different impact rings to be combined with each sleeve, as per bearing sizes; three extended sleeves to accommodate different impact rings and project shaft length up to 220 mm out to apply impact force; a strong portable steel case comprising all the impact rings and sleeves, properly placed inside; a nylon hammer separately provided to ensure safe and solid hammering force, which can be applied on sleeves, while mounting the bearings. Additional usage: the same ZMFT 33 plus tool kit can be used for mounting bushings, seal rings, belt pulleys and sleeves, while assembly.
