Industrial Sensors offers Batch Controllers. It enables programming for up to 6 materials for mixing and discharge. It is a micro controller based state-of-the-art system for use in industrial weighing and control application. It can be used in concrete mixing plant, animal feed plants, pharmacy and chemical plants, road construction and other similar applications. Features: facility to set in flight error correction; multi step weight software calibration using front panel keyboard; auto/ manual option for operation; provision for viewing and printing of details of any batch; interlocking of different control points; password protection to prevent unauthorised access to the system; super bright LED displays to display different process parameters; 4 key membrane keyboard for fast and easy calibration, settings and operation; line filter circuits and opto isolation of signals and I/ Os for very high immunity from electrical noise; and RS 232 serial port (optionally RS 485) to interface with computer, large displays or serial printers.
