AHW Series Batch Weighing Systems are custom designed for use in accurate blending of solids/liquids in a batch process. The system consists of high precision hopper weighing system with advanced electronics for controlling the in-feed to the weigh hopper from different storage hoppers. Coarse and dribble feeding provision in system helps to achieve batch accuracy of better than ±0.1%. A unique in-flight correction feature for each component enables to achieve good accuracy when used with different materials. The batch controller also generates reports of batches prepared with date and time stamping.
