Ballscrews are widely used in the feeding mechanisms, CNC machine tools, power reactors, highly accurate measuring instruments and other applications. Precision ballscrews manufactured by MTAR Technologies follow the German standard DIN 69051 and Japanese standard JIS B 1192, with the application of quality assurance system according to ISO 9001 of the international organisation of standardisation. The company has expertise in design, R&D and manufacture of special ballscrews and ball nut assemblies. Over the years, it has perfected the design, production, heat-treatment/induction hardening, testing and inspection methodology in the manufacture of recirculating ballscrews to the international standards at par with any ballscrew manufacturer in the world. It is capable of manufacturing ballscrews up to 6-metre length and we will soon be enhancing this to 12-metre length, including hollow ballscrews. The clientele includes nationally important institutions such as ISRO, TELCO, LMW, HMT, Kirloskar, Mahindra & Mahindra, Hero-Honda, Bajaj Auto, BEL, Rane, NRB Bearings, Dagger Forst, Ziebentek, BFL, among others. These ballscrews are manufactured in pitches 5 to 20 mm, diameters from 20 to 100 mm and up to 5.8 mtr long.
