To reduce the manpower and for maximum utlisation of storage godown space Debonair Equipments Pvt Ltd, Miraj (Maharastra), offers portable bag stacker to stack bags containing bulk materials such as grain, cement, fertiliser and sugar, with maximum weight of 100 kg each. Lightweight rigid boom frame is mounted on chassis with pneumatic ADV tyres and caster wheels for easy movement. A simple mechanical winch is provided to get the desired delivery and height of boom. Standard sizes of bag stacker are: 14 feet - to stack bags up to 9 layers; 20 feet - to stack bags up to 13 layers; 26 feet - to stack bags up to 17 layers; 33 feet - to stack bags up to 22 layers; and 40 feet - to stack bags up to 36 layers. This bag stacker is very useful in industries such as cattle feed, floor dills, fertilisers, cement and solvent extraction plants, etc.
