Autosys Engineering Pvt Ltd offers a range of automatic Bagging Machines used in various industries like cattle/poultry feed, refractories, fertilizers, foodgrains, food products, cement, solvent extractions, chemicals, plastic granules, fasteners, etc. These machines are available for various types like valved bags, open mouth bags and FFS bags, in ranges of 25-50 kg, 50-100 kg, and 250-1000 kg, apart from custom ranges. To comply with latest government regulations and also ensure that excess material is not un-necessarily added to the bag, it is important to weigh the material accurately before it is filled in the bag. The company provides gravity and or screw based feeders, load cell based weigh hoppers/buckets and high precision microprocessor controllers to pre-weigh the material accurately. High speed, slow speed and very slow speed feeding (coarse, fine, super fine/dribble) mechanisms are combined to ensure high accuracy of weighing without compromising on speed/throughput/number of bags per hour. Inflight weight is the weight of material falling in to the weighing bucket after the final feeding is cut off. Inflight quantity varies with the level of material in the storage bin. The machine controller is programmed to automatically adjust the feeding and cut off to compensate for the inflight weight. The three speed filling method reduces inflight quantity, thus ensuring accuracy, irrespective of the level of material in the storage bin. Semi-automatic bagging: by combining optimum level of labour and automation, the company can also provide cost effective solutions without compromising on accuracy or speed. Foot pedal operated systems are one such example. The weighing and feeding is automatic, whereas the bag holding, stitching, etc., can be manual.
