The bag filters is concept of pressurised liquid filtration. The filter vessels incorporate a simple opening system, which allows the change of filter bags to be completed quickly so that the vessels is out of use for the minimum possible time. The product to be filtered passes through a filter bag from inside to outside; the solids remain in the filter bag. By using filter bags, high flow rates are achieved. The filter bags are extremely durable and available in various needle felts with micron rating from 1-200, nylon monofilament mesh bags in micron ratings from 5-800 microns complete the range. Flow rate varies from 1 to 430 m3/hr. Construction available in CS, SS-304, 316L and PP, etc. The filter has high solid collection facilities.
