Group Engineers manufactures Bag Stackers. It is most economical to use stackers and conveyors as it takes only 7 to 8 unskilled labours to handle the entire system be transported and stacked at a height of 25 to 32 ft in godowns automatically. Portable slat type stackers in size 33 ft boom x 750 mm width manufactured by the company have MS fabricated frame and mounted on rubber tyre wheels for easy movement. The wheel size is ADV 600 x 19. The raising and lowering of the boom is manual operation through a winch. The drive consists of a 5 HP motor of reputed brand with Elecon make gearboxes. The stacking capacity is 30 layers. The minimum and maximum delivery height with this 33 ft stacker is 8 and 22 ft respectively.
