This is a 2-in-1 machine suitable to print two cut colours in single pass on non-woven bags and papers. This next generation machine offers high quality print results on non-woven cloth printing. Developed with a classic modern designing idea, this model is not only carrying on the advantages of SG-122, but also has more advantages in terms of features. This imported machine (Satellite model) is compact and has an efficient design, specially made for quick printing to meet the requirements for quality short/long run jobs on non woven D cut bags and fabrics. Utilising technology to run non-woven bags with vacuum pump developed by the company’s own R&D department, these non-woven bag-to-bag printing machines have proved their worth not only in India but abroad as well. These are suitable for printing pictures and images, half tone jobs, background and screen jobs with decent print quality including maximum production. Sahil eco friendly non-woven bag-to-bag offset printing machines can accommodate any images one can produce. Non-woven bags are made of spun bonded non-woven fabric, composed of 100% polypropylene filaments, which can be recycled, naturally decompose and completely incinerate without any production of poisonous pollutants. The non-woven fabric is flexible, durable, waterproof, and stain resistant and is breathable. The fabric can be manufactured in various attractive hues from mild to dark colours. The non-woven is used in the textile manufacturing industry to denote fabrics, such as felt, which are neither woven nor knitted.
