Gujarat Plug-in Devices (GPDL) is an ISO 9001-2000 certified company, which manufactures a complete range of transformers from 10 VA to 500 kVA, voltage range up to 22 kV and insulation class up to H. It can manufacture air cooled, oil cooled and resin cast transformers; and offers UL approved transformers (UL File No: E301764). The company also manufactures inductors, chokes and rectifiers for standard as well as customised applications. It offers auto transformers, these are more economical, smaller in size and lighter in weight than isolation transformers designed to carry the same load; possible restriction should be checked under local codes before installing an auto transformer. The company can supply auto transformers up to 500 kVA; auto transformers for starters can be supplied for motors up to 1000 HP suitable for 1/3/6 starts per hour. Custom-built auto transformers can also be designed.
