Autophoretic Coating

Metreat Engineers offer Autophoretic Coating for Industrial Machinery Parts, Spring, Casting, Automobile Components.

Advantages:

• Chemical, not electrical deposition
• Reaction between water based latex paint and metallic surface (3). Applied by immersion coating method to clean surfaces
• This coating gives good uniform film thickness and excellent adhesion
• Thickness is controlled from 15 - 25 microns
• Salt spray test pass more than 600 hrs. against 50-60 hrs. of zinc plating
• Good pencil hardness 4H - 5H+
• This coating is 10 times better than Phosphating and Zinc Plating and offers upto 5 years life
• Can be done on any complex shape
• Can be used as a final coat or as a primer to do top coat
