Automotive Valves Pvt Ltd is a manufacturer of internal combustion engine valves. The product range comprises engine valves with stem diameter range between 5mm and 13mm; head diameter between 20mm and 60mm, and overall length between 60mm and 225mm. The inlet and exhaust valves find use in automotive, tractor, marine and stationary engine applications. Conforming to OEM standards, the valves also find use in earth moving equipment. Finding use in diesel as well as petrol engines, the variety of valves offered are, tuffrided (nitrided), chrome plated, hard faced (stellited), and bimetal. Made at the company's well equipped manufacturing infrastructure near Ahmedabad, which includes Fluidised Bed Heat treatment Furnace, the valves find use in the export markets apart from the domestic market. Automotive Valves serves the aftermarket as well as OEMs. It markets the valves under the brand name of Gratco.
