Mekins Storage Solutions, an ISO 9001 company, commenced its activities developing agricultural machinery with a technical tie-up with ICRISAT (a UN body). The company later diversified into the line of Material Handling and retail Storage Equipment by setting up two manufacturing units to meet the growing demand in the international market for these products. Today it has the distinction of being the first company in South Asia to be certified by EPAL (European Pallets Association, Lannach, Austria) to manufacture and supply export quality exchangeable steel pallets to various European countries. Automotive pallets are developed based on drawings from customers, as they are 100% customised. The range includes dedicated pallets for engines, fuel pumps, etc., for the automotive shop floor.
