Andrew Yule & Company Limited produces voltage controllers for step less control of voltage and power. Yule?s automatic Brentford voltage controllers are used throughout the electrical Industry. They are installed either at the point of customer use, or as an integral part of an electrical power distribution system. Control is essentially simple, as the controllers are operated manually with a hand wheel, automatic control through the medium of a fractional HP motor fitted to the controllers and controlled by push buttons and by automatic appliances. These controllers are suitable for many varied applications, as they do not affect the waveform or power factor of the load under control. With these controllers, it possible not only to keep the voltage constant, but also to raise or lower it within wide predetermined values.
