Automatic Source-Changeover With Current Limiter (ACCL)

Automatic Source – Changeover with Current Limiter (ACCL) is a fully automatic high precision system. This system is used for efficient distribution of individually controlled generator powers in multi-storyed apartments, commercial complexes, etc. It is an advantageous cost effective alternative to conventional manual changeovers.

Functions: The Changeover with Current Limiter (ACCL) allows unrestricted (metered) supply from mains. On receiving generator power, it connects the line (generally unmetered) to each flat/office/shops in a sequence and start monitoring its load circuits. Whenever the load current exceeds limit continuously, the ACCL disrupts supply for 14 seconds as a warning and then, automatically, restores it. This repeats till overload exists. On resumption of main, it again automatically changes over.
