The grinding machine is designed on plunger grinding system having sophisticated hydro-pneumatic system. The top rollers are stored in auto feeding box in which top rollers are traveling and controlled by photo-cell sensors for grinding.
- Machine is controlled by PLC and user's friendly MMI
- The ring frame and speed frame top rollers on 200mm width grinding wheel which is rotating on self-exists with oscillating system
- Top Rollers are held in positive driven automatic centre less grinding attachment
- Grinding wheels are 100% pure origin aluminum oxide having grit balanced and a special bond to achieve international standard RA value
