AB Techno Pvt Ltd offers an Auto Waste Treatment System. This system is used to take care of the polluting elements in auto wash waste before it can be discharged or recycled to the nature. Any effluent, released from an automobile workshop or any other industry, when discharged directly (without any treatment) to the drainage system or the soil, the harmful pollutants keep on accumulating on the surface strata and below. This makes further sourcing of clean water difficult from the soil with a shallow bore well. One needs to go much below for collection of pure water free from these pollutants, making it a costly proposal in terms of initial digging as also the pumping cost. Also, deterioration of the virgin soil with the discharged pollutants makes it detrimental for agricultural activities, etc. Hence the governing authority like pollution board has made it mandatory to treat the waste before it could be discharged to the atmosphere. The waste parameters normally found in car wash rejects in service stations visa vi the permissible limits for the same as per pollution department normally as under.

- BOD 500 < 30 mg/ltr
- COD 1000 < 100 mg/ltr
- Oil and grease 50 mg/ltr < 10 mg/ltr
- TSS 300 mg/ltr < 20 mg/ltr
- PH 6.5 – 7.5 7.0- 8.0
