Features are as follows: no conducting medium for sample observation; higher magnification in the order of several million times; high resolution in the order of 0.1 nm; real time analysis of samples; Windows-based software; and multiple image display. Also available is Model WET-9400 for real time observation of surface under environment-controlled conditions.
