Rasha Machinery offers angle plates made of high duty closegrained cast iron to IS:210 Grade-20. They are well ribbed tominimise distortion and are artificially seasoned. The plates conform toS:2554:1971 and are offered in two grades, Grade-I and Grade-II. They are manufactured in different sizes to meet a wide range of requirements. Grade-I plates are very carefullyhand-scraped on all the working surfaces to accuracies conformingto Grade-I limits as per IS:2554:1971. Grade-II plates are finish machined on all the working surfaces to accuracies conforming to Grade-II limits as per IS:2554:1971. Plates sizes 1 to 4 are provided with suitable number of T-slots on one workface; divided clamping holes are provided on the other working surface. T-slot dimensions conform to IS:2013:1962. Sizes 5 and 6 are provided with elongated slots on both the working faces to facilitate Clamping To meet special requirements, the company offers precision matched angle blocks suitable to provide a convenient means for mounting and clamping work for boring and milling operations.
