Coil Company,offers high efficiency, energy saving ammonia air cooling units. These replace bunker coils or diffusers for cold storage of potatoes, fruits and vegetables. The units are available in capacity 1000 to 20000 metric tonnes. Additional advantages include savings in: electricity (through compressor and ACU motors; space (replacing bunker coils or diffusers; and ammonia gas - (due to compact design of ACU). Besides there are many other benefits. The steel tubes and aluminium fins coils are made in a modern plant, selected through CAD/CAM system, produced on CNC machines. Axial flow fans are direct drive through rigidly mounted electric fan motors. Galvanised steel sheets of heavy gauge are used for casing construction. The air cooling coils are factory tested at 300 PSIG (20 kg/cm²).
