Krisam Automation offers innovative Aluminium Profile Systems and accessories manufactured by MiniTec Machinenbau GmbH of Germany. The MiniTec profile system has proven its worth in many areas of industry, through reliability and flexibility. It is the basis of all MiniTec solutions. The application options of this profile system are virtually unlimited, ranging from protective devices to workplace equipment, automation, test and inspection facilities, single and multiple linear systems through to complex production plants. As a result of intensive value analysis and strict adherence to the modular principle, these profile system requires less than 50 profile cross-sections for a range of applications that extends from ergonomic workstation systems to dynamic linear axes through to highly complex assembly lines in the solar and automotive industry. Due to the identical groove shape, all profiles can be combined with each other and all additional components, and this with the same tool and only one bolt and nut size. Advantages: Time savings and minimised stocks. To optimise this special groove geometry, MiniTec worked together with the renowned Fraunhofer-Institut for Industrial Mathematics ITWM. The groove depth of 15 mm allows plenty of scope regarding the bolt lengths that can be used. By thickening the groove flanks while at the same time reducing the flank length, it was possible to reduce the leverage of the acting forces. All profiles have a tap hole, which allows the use of self-tapping bolts and screws. Connecting without machining: the uniform radius of the outer edges of 2.5 mm not only satisfies design aspects, but also has safety and functional reasons. As a result, there are no large gaps on assembly, and there is no risk of injury and damage caused by sharp edges.
