Aluminium Housed Chassis Mounted Wire Wound Resistors
Enapros introduces aluminium housed chassis mounted wire wound resistors. These resistors are applied where high wattage dissipation is required in a small space. The metal heat sink ensures good heat dispersal and allows a low spot temperature. The resistive element of tape or wire is wound on a high grade ceramic former and welded to axial terminations. The assembly is then encapsulated in an anodized heat sink. These resistors are available with power ratings from 10 W to 3 kW. These resistors find their applications in textile machinery, induction furnaces, control panels, UPS, inverters, etc.
