Safepak Industries manufactures triple laminate aluminium barrier foil for corrosion prevention in sea-bound export transit packaging. This aluminium barrier foil is a laminate constructed of polythene, polyester, and aluminium. The latter is a key factor in providing barrier against water vapour transmission as well as aggressive gases. The product is placed inside the bag and a small desiccant is added. The air is then extracted with the help of a vacuum cleaner/vacuum pump and the bag is heat sealed with a special handheld heat sealer. This ensures a perfect package with almost zero atmospheric condition. It is available in tailor-made bags/pouches/rolls to suit individual customer requirements, for packing machines, telecom equipment, engineering equipments, electronic and automobile parts, engines, specialised papers, scientific instruments, circuit boards, etc.
