Jayco Machine Tools offers extra heavy-duty All Geared Lathe, Models HGL 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. These are built rigidly for heavy-duty performance Speeds range from 50 to 1000 RPM with 5 HP motor. Standard accessories: hardened and ground bedways; hardened and ground gears in head stock; pump lubrication oil bath for spline and gears in head stock; Norton gearbox; carrier plate; four position tool post and spanner dead centre (MT4, two); centre adaptor; changes gear set (for inch and mm); thread dial indicator; motor pulley; spanner set and instruction manual; and electricals with suitable switches. Optional accessories: cam lock type spindle, electro magnetic foot break, DRO on cross slide, taper turning attachment, coolant pump with tank, splash guard, rear tools post with extended cross slide, machine lamp, revolving centre, pipe centre, tools post grinder, chuck flange face plate, pin type steady rest, bearing type steady rest, follow rest, true chuck and dog chuck, etc.
