The air suspension is marketed under the brand name of TVS-WILRIDE, and has been specially designed for Indian road conditions. Some of the salient features of the air suspension the company offers is reduction in vibration, improvement in ride in any portion of the vehicles – every seat to be more precise. The air suspension also extends a longer life to the body and chassis components. Reduces fatigue to the driver, and lowers natural frequency to provide a higher ride comfort. With emphasis on quality, the company has over 1000 buses on the roads that employ the TVS-WILRIDE air suspension system. Gaining initial technical know-how from Dunlop, UK, which was acquired by Trelleborg, the company has a technical agreement with Trelleborg for the manufacture of TSV-WILRIDE air suspension systems.
