Wheels India Ltd is a manufacturer of automotive components. The company manufactures steel wheels, and air suspension kits for trucks and buses. The products are made at a well-equipped manufacturing infrastructure with high emphasis on quality. Supplied to various global clients like Ford, Hyundai, Tata, Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu, Hyundai Heavy Industries, Case New Holland, Leyland, Tafe and Suzuki, the air ride suspension is powered by an electric, or engine driven air pump, or a compressor. Finding application in car and two wheeler carriers, the suspension is used for single axle rating from 8,000 kg to 10,000 kg and tandem axle rating from 16,000 kg to 20,000 kg. It also has a suspension stroke of 63 x 76 mm; a unique air spring and spring beam combination making for performance and ride speed. With excellent roll stability, the air ride suspension has low maintenance, outboard mounted shock absorbers, and an axle vertical travel of 76 mm up movement and 63 mm down movement. The air ride suspension has close tolerance machined castings and high strength U-bolts which create durable, trouble-free axle attachments. There are cast adjustable torque arms for ease of alignment. The air ride suspension has heavy-duty shock absorbers with high ground clearance.
