Some of the major sectors are steel, power, Indian Railways, plastic, food, two wheelers, four wheelers, engineering industry, etc. The AB heat less air dryer consists of two desiccants towers, a pre filter, and an after filter. The wet compressed air enters the pre-filter where the moisture and dust content are removed to 10 micron. Then the air passes to one of the desiccant towers through the main flow 3-way valve actuated by the solenoid. The air is dried in the tower by adsorption. The dried air from the desiccant tower passes to the after filter where the moisture and dust left out are removed. The purge valve allows the purge air to escape to the regeneration tower and the regenerated air is exhausted to the atmosphere through the exhaust valves. All operations are automatic and controlled by a PLC based controller.
