Rocket Engineering, Kolhapur, manufactures vertical air-cooled, cold starting engines that have a totally enclosed compression ignition with four-stroke cycle. A standard pepper pot type silencer is fitted for reducing exhaust noise. It has an oil bath type air cleaner for efficient cleaning, even in dusty environments. Lubrication is partly by force feed type pump and partly by splash lubrication. For twin cylinder engines, geared pump is fitted for lubrication.
