Europack offers an Air Bubble Film Plant, EP 1500. It consists of two films stick to each other. On the first film bubble-holes are thermoformed with a continuous process. The second film sticks because of heat effect to the first one, thus entrapping the air inside the bubble-holes. Both films are produced at the same time by the two outlets die fed by the extruder.
