Parth Plastic Industries offers Actuator Valves. These are 5/2 internal pilot operated, poppet type, Namur solenoid valves, available in type 51424, pressure 2.10 bar; and type 52408, pressure 0-10 bar. Double acting features: double rack and pinion; high corrosion resistance; pinion supported on polyacetal bearings; maximum working pressure 10 bar; lubrication not required; life more than 1 million cycles; antiblow out pinion; and can be converted to single acting by just adding springs. Features: bi-functional version; high flow rate, kv=12, fast response time; minimum operating pressure required; suitable for air, gases water, etc; ideally suited for double acting actuator on On/ Off and control duty; poppet design; accessories for mounting the solenoid valve on the actuator are provided; solenoid of any voltage rating/ construction can be replaced at customer"s end; and external pilot air operated available. Product range includes polypropylene and high density polyethylene ball valves, diaphragm valves, non-return valves, flow indicators, Y-type strainers, pipe fittings and a host of other accessories in various sizes, the maximum being 315 mm.
